Refund & Cancellation Policy

7 Islands Art & Creative Sanctuary requires 48 hours notice via email prior to the start of a class or event for a full refund or transfer. Refunds and transfers will not be processed if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event commencing. We do not offer refunds for missed classes. There are no fees for refunds or transfers. For cancellations prior to the 48 hour cut off, email us at 7 Islands to organise a refund or transfer.

Terms & Conditions

Enrolment in one of our programmes is an invitation to share our studio workshop. After your induction and familiarisation with the studio we give you permission to work with most equipment. You will have restricted access to other more complex machinery once we have fully trained you in its operation. This is for our as well as your protection.

1. LIABILITY WAIVER I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by 7 Islands.

2.REFUNDS 7 Islands requires 48 hours notice in writing prior to the class for a full refund or transfer.

3. CANCELLATIONS In the event that a class is cancelled, students will be notified via text message or email and entitled to a full refund or credit.

4. PHOTO & VIDEO We may want to take photos or videos while you are on your workshop. We will ask for your agreement for publishing rights (our website or marketing material) for any photographs or videos taken at 7 Islands classes and events on 7 Islands premises.
